7 Reasons Why Your Life Is Important

Your life holds immense value, even during moments when it may not feel that way. Here are 7 reasons to remind you why your existence is meaningful and worth cherishing:

1. You Make a Difference

Whether you realize it or not, your actions, presence, and words impact the lives of those around you. From your family to friends, colleagues, or even strangers, your unique perspective and energy leave a mark on the world. People have a funny way of showing us our importance sometimes, but that doesn't mean your not important. This is one reason you should get committing suicide out of your head.

2. You Have Unique Talents

No one else possesses your exact combination of skills, talents, and passions. These gifts are something only you can offer, and they play a role in shaping the world in ways only you can. There is literally no one on this planet like you! If there are- they are they mimic qualities but they are nothing like you. The world needs you!

3. You Inspire Others

Your story, struggles, and successes can provide inspiration to others. Whether it's offering hope, encouragement, or guidance, your life can be the spark someone else needs to keep going. It's people like you and me, who have been through so much who have that testimonial story to tell. I've been where you are now- and the reason I got through it is by sharing my experiences and promoting positivity; so no one would have to feel how I felt. I use to be you- now I'm talking to you. Your special beyond measure! Use your story to strengthen you & others around you. Your pain was meant to guide the path of others who are living in the dark. One man can change the world, so change it!

4. You Are Loved

Even during tough times, there are people who deeply care about you. Your relationships, whether with family or friends, are evidence that your life holds meaning to others. 'Tough times don't last, but tough people do!' people don't always know how to listen to you, and people don't always know how to love you the way you deserve- but that doesn't mean they don't love you. They may just have a funny way of showing it. Everyone doesn't have the same love language. So feeling unheard, doesn't equate to not being loved. You are loved! You deserve to be here on this earth with the rest of us.

5. You Contribute to the Bigger Picture

The world is interconnected, and your actions contribute to a greater good. By simply being yourself and pursuing your passions, you're part of the intricate puzzle that makes up the human experience. Don't live your life thinking on the surface without looking past what you can physically see in front of you. Don't allow your emotions or the way you feel determine an outcome for your life. You have greater meaning and greater purpose and commiting suicide will prevent you from fulfilling your legacy by helping others and creating footprints for others to walk in.

6. Life Offers Endless Possibilities

Every day is an opportunity for growth, development, connection, and new experiences and challenges. The future is full of potential. Life is meant to go up and down, and all around. You won't always be happy with your life because nobody is- but you are so powerful and your path is only defined by you. Your future is so bright and your life is the key to unlocking it.

7. You Are Irreplaceable

There is no one else like you. Your life, with all its highs and lows, is irreplaceable and uniquely yours. Just think about it for a second! If there was somebody like you- would you feel alone right now? Some of the ways you're feeling is because you feel like nobody understands you! Which they probably don't, because you're the only one like you. That alone makes your life  invaluable.

Remember: Your life matters, and the world is better because you are here. No matter how small your actions may seem, they ripple outward, touching lives in ways you may never fully see. We are all 'energy' that uses energy. We are all needed to cause an effect on each other's lives and one another's path. You are special! Just because you don't feel it don't mean that your not. Embrace your worth and keep moving forward—you are important! Don't let anybody win, by making you feel less then them. Those people are broken- so don't let them break you.

Four Things You Can Do When You're Feeling Suicidal

When you're struggling with suicidal thoughts, it can feel overwhelming and isolating. It's important to remember that there are steps you can take to find relief and regain a sense of control. Here are four things you can do right now:

1. Reach Out to Someone You Trust

One of the most powerful actions you can take is to talk to someone you trust, whether it’s a family member, close friend, therapist, or a crisis hotline. Sharing how you feel can help lighten the emotional burden and remind you that you're not alone. If you’re unsure who to turn to, consider connecting with a hotline like the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 in the U.S. Trained professionals are available 24/7 to support you. By using '988' you can call or text with someone who can help.

2. Create a Safe Space

When you're feeling overwhelmed, it helps to create an environment where you feel safe and supported. This could mean stepping away from stressful situations, putting down your phone to avoid negative triggers, or wrapping yourself in a comforting blanket. Surround yourself with things that bring even small moments of peace, like calming music, a favorite book, or warm lighting. Whatever normally makes you smile or laugh- wrap yourself in that. Don't suffocate in your pain, don't let it overwhelm you! Find your inner strength. Remember this emotion and feeling can be powerful and overwhelming but your life is worthy! Don't give into that suffocating feeling... Find a way to breathe!!!

3. Focus on the Present Moment

When your thoughts are racing, grounding techniques can help you stay present and ease your mind. Try breathing deeply, counting objects around you, or using the 5-4-3-2-1 technique: name five things you see, four things you can touch, three things you hear, two things you smell, and one thing you taste. Grounding yourself in the present moment can interrupt negative thought patterns and help you regain clarity. If none of those seem to work for you- think of all of your favorite things. Your favorite song, your favorite actor, your favorite foods... Think of things that make you feel good rather then the things that make you feel bad and continue triggering those negative thoughts.

4. Make a Plan for Immediate Self-Care

Prioritize simple actions that support your well-being. This could include drinking a glass of water, taking a short walk, or writing down your feelings in a journal. Sometimes, just getting out of bed or taking a shower is an important step forward. Small acts of self-care remind you that your well-being matters and can create momentum to keep moving forward. The power of our thoughts can lead us down a dark path! This is why self affirmations and self awareness is important. We control our own thoughts. so control your thinking, by changing your thoughts; and by changingd your thoughts you shift your focus, and in return your emotions and feelings change.

You Are Not Alone

Suicidal feelings can make it hard to see hope, but help is always available. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength not weakness; and there are people who care deeply about your well-being. You are valued, and your life is worth fighting for. So you fight for it! Don't give up! Take things one step at a time—you are not in this alone. Self-development: time management: here are 12 easy to do hacks to saving time.

Let me start by saying this: people are notoriously terrible at time management. The tendency to blame others—your boss, your coworkers, the endless stream of emails, or even the time itself—is almost hilarious when you consider the truth. Here's the reality: the issue isn't out there; it's you. Time management is a skill, and like any skill, it takes effort, discipline, and a willingness to admit where you're falling short. If you're constantly feeling overwhelmed or behind, it’s time to stop pointing fingers and start reflecting on your own habits. Are you prioritizing what matters, or are you getting distracted by low-value tasks? Are you overestimating what you can accomplish in a day, or underestimating how long things truly take? The good news is, you can fix this. But first, you have to own it: you're terrible with time management—and that’s okay, as long as you're ready to change. If you don't change your habits when it comes to this- then there is absolutely no reason to continue reading this... So exit the blog post or keep reading.

Millennial relationships-women like ass too! The same things you love on them they love on you.

Things are not the same anymore—women's preferences have evolved, and it's no secret that many now admire physical qualities like a well-toned ass on men. While traditional beauty standards often focused on men's upper body strength or broad shoulders, contemporary tastes reflect a more holistic appreciation of physical fitness and aesthetics. This shift highlights the growing emphasis on overall health, effort, and self-care in modern relationships. For men, it’s a reminder that embracing balance in fitness routines, including exercises that target ass muscles can leave a lasting impression. After all, confidence and self-maintenance go hand-in-hand with attraction in today’s world. I must admit I'm one of those people who like to model my backside. 😂😂 That comes with being a fitness model. Mine is natural and I didn't have to work too hard for it. Curvy butts run in my family.
