Sleep is too important to your daily mental, emotional, and physical functioning for you to keep allowing yourself not to get any. I know that daily life activities, dealing with the kids, and family, plus regular pop up stressful situations can occur.. but you are no good to you, or anyone around you, if your not getting a healthy amount of sleep.
